A joyful, epicurean and inspired setup: the new look of Le Boeuf sur le Toit, with its interiors redesigned by Alexis Mabille, a multidisciplinary creator of his time, remains faithful to its initial score by placing artists at the heart of the house. A music hall awaits them every evening with a program sponsored by the best of the best. But before the show, the table! In collaboration with chef Jean-Pierre Vigato, Le Bœuf sur le Toit revives the great classics of the Parisian brasserie. Warm field leeks with ravigotée vinaigrette, large Burgundy snails, sole meunière or grilled, Canadian lobster with beurre blanc and saffron rice, coquelet with devil’s sauce, Charolais beef tartar or the traditional veal head casserole…
