Follow the Lapérouse adventure to the port of Saint-Tropez. After the revival of the Maison-Mère at 51 quai des Grands Augustins in Paris’ 6th arrondissement, the Lapérouse magic continues with Café Lapérouse, an all-day hang out. Faithful to its original function – Limonadier du Roi – this café-boutique, wine cellar and ice-cream parlour, open from morning to night, offers a new selection of pastries, “royal snacks”, wines and champagnes and frozen yogurt. With the Mediterranean as its new window, Café Lapérouse will set up shop at the Tropezian port, promising a trendy and festive summer season. For the occasion, Joaquin, Bryan, Hugo & Tony – the artistic directors of the Lapérouse restaurant – will be the hosts of this new Tropezian address. It is under their impulse and savoir-faire that the Parisian Maison Mère becomes capital’s place to be.
