In the spring of 2021, while the restaurants were all closed, Julien Sebbag wanted to “send some love” with the most comforting sandwiches in Paris.
Available for take-out and delivery, Micho’s were so successful that Julien and Moma Group wanted to give them a nice address of their own. And it’s now done, rue de Richelieu, in the heart of Paris.
Near the Palais Royal, the chef is happy to welcome us in a place that looks just like him: Vintage decoration inspired by Swinging London and American diners, a playlist full of the Beatles and Kendrick Lamar, the whole universe of Julien Sebbag is concentrated here to ‘send lov’!
Every day, from 12 to 3 pm, Micho’s famous sandwiches and their ultra-soft hallah bread. In the evening, in a small and relaxed bistro atmosphere, the plates imagined by the chef, according to the desires and the seasons, parade on the tables to be shared at the rhythm of the good vibes. Not to mention a selection of natural wines and a lot of spontaneity!
