The incredible decor, the waltz of the dining room staff and the exacting culinary choice are the ingredients of a new contemporary and breathtaking art of living, à la française/
At Mimosa, this commitment manifests first and foremost through the address’s decoration, a work of art entrusted to architect and interior designer Dorothée Delaye.
Despite its distance from any shoreline, MIMOSA takes us on a journey South, setting course for the French Riviera and its legendary ease of living, embodied best by a Jean-François Piège -signed menu.
“At MIMOSA, you will find the cuisine I love, the one that, with each bite, makes the sun and the joy of living sparkle, like an endless summer”
The last piece of the puzzle was to create MIMOSA’s unique identity. For Jean-François Piège, it was an obvious choice. “Very quickly, the idea of a table of the sun, celebrating Mediterranean cuisine, came to me; a style I love but which I had not yet had the opportunity to put into practice” he said.
