And not just anywhere in Italy… to be exact, in the south, in the small town of Noto, a festive, surprising and sensual atmosphere, whose poetry can be read along its shaded corsos, its rich palaces and its sleepy piazzas. In the surroundings, the orchards are planted with citrus fruits, olive trees and almond trees. A little further away, stumble upon the day’s catch at the fish market, the pistachios of Bronte in the foothills of Mount Etna and the wild capers of the small island of Pantelleria. Without forgetting the other roots of the Sicilian table: conviviality, good mood and the happiness of sharing a meal with friends, set to the sound of live music.
