RURAL PARIS

Marc Veyrat has “arrived” in Paris – settling at long last in the capital by reinventing the old-fashioned in a sublimated and timeless old-fashioned restaurant that departs from clichés and even has fun with them, playing with contrasts and surprises, choosing the Palais des Congrès to bring his classic touch of rurality. A table with complete freedom, a sincere and hearty, that revists some of Chef Veyrat’s classics and creates some new ones… with the goal of offering good, natural food at reasonable prices.

For starters, trout rillettes with lovage, a beautiful salad / generous casseroles (tartiflettes Marc Veyrat style / veal blanquette, pormonier…) / featuring traditional mountain dishes with a side of valley cuisine of the valleys. Dessert side, on a sturdy wooden table – a nod to the buffet – featuring the desserts of our childhood: peasant apple pie, Savoy cake & blueberry coulis, semolina cake, praline pie…)

Hours

Lunch 12-3pm
Dinner 7pm-2am
Closed Sunday evenings
